I suck at Call of Duty?!!!?
HELP! I have a ps and i got black ops days ago. Im playing recruit in campaign mode and its pretty easy. But online, i am a FAIL. i get like kills and deaths everytime. I kno its only days old but i did play cod ALOT in friends houses. Any tips and stuff to AT LEASTTT improve on online. Also im new to ACTUALLY OWNING a call of duty, so i dont kno a lot of terms types of guns, custom class or whatever thats called, helicopters, scope, etc etc etc SO MUCH MRE

BEST perks in black ops hands down is sleight of hand, hacker, and scavenger. thats just my opinion. as far as the gun, use the AK u and the Galil. with the galil always attacht a red dot sightrelfex sight or a silencer. and with the AKu attact a red dot sight or a grip.brbr. before you really go on an online game. play the combat training option. this will allow you to kill bots, who are very easy to kill. it will familiarize yourself with the guns maps. its fun, easy, and will help you alot!brbr. watch ALOT of youtube videos to see how other people do well. i suggest watching quotnextgentacticsquot . they are a group of about guys from canada who sit around all day and play COD and find the BEST strategies for the game. if you need to, watch their Mw videos too.brbr. TAKE side of the map routes. NEVER go in the middle of the map. like for instance, in the map quotradiationquot stay in the buidings close to the window, and never go in the center by that door. the easiest way to rack up kills is to find their spawn. a quotspawnquot is where the players reappear on the map after they are killed. when you do, you can find a good spot BEHIND cover to kill men who are spawning near you. often times these quotspawnquot will switch to teh other side of the map. when that happens, you will notice on the quotminiquot map that the green guys are surrounding you now. when that happens, just walk to the other side of the map and find a spot to hide. there you can kill people easily. this method is called quotrunning and gunningquot or quotspawn trappingquot. it takes advantage of COD black ops bad spawning system to get you kills!brbr. at least until you start getting better, i would suggest your killstreaks being RCXD or spy plane. counter spy plane, and care package naplam strike. this will give you a nice ,, killstreak. once you get better and you notice you are getting more than a kill streak all of the time. switch yoru killstreaks to , , or , ,. then when you are VERY good, you can do napalm strike chopper gunner and dogsgunship ,, is VERY VERY effective to get you ALOT of kills! brbr. playing COD with ffreinds in a private local match is WAY WAY WAY easier or harder than playing online. you have to switch your tactics and your class setups to suit the needs of competive online gameplay! so you may have been good against your freinds, but you WILL suck right away when playing ONLINE!!! brbr. if quotrunning and gunningquot doesnt work, well then take a quottacticalquot aproach. equip things like claymores and an M, and lay back in your own spawn. you can quotcampquot a little and wait for the enemies to come to you. ALWAYS watch your back and ALWAY chekc your corners. when entering a room, do NOT AT ALL blindly enter. throw a flashbang maybe if you think there is a guy in there. throw a grenade semtex. check EVERY corner for people who might be doing whats called quotcampingquot which is one thing i would suggest you do.brbrpeople who camp generally sit in the corner of the room wiht their back to the wall so they dont get killed from behind. they are hard to see, but very easy to kill if they dont spot you first! brbrUAV or spy planes will help you alot. whne you utrn on UAV, red bleeps will appear on your mini map. those red dots are the location of enemies. when you see a red dot near you, you can go fater it, alhtough be careful. you are still very easy to kill! the UAV sweeps by to expose red dots, so the red dots are an approximate location.brbras far as the guys answer below me... yes. MW is a much better game, everyone kinda thinks. and COD is the BEST game ever! so i would suggest either A. buying a copy of mw and trying it out. mw is much more quotnoobquot freindly. with stopping power and shotguns as your secondairies, its just...fun. brbrbut stick to black ops. very fun game still. you will learn. adn after a few months, you wont even NEED this advice! have fun playing!
