Is it better to get blu ray or a PS?
I was at Best buy yesterday looking at the prices of blu ray and pss and the ps costs more but you can play video games on it the blu ray is cheaper but its just movies does the blu have higher quality or some thing and what should I get?

Buy a stand alone BluRay player and an Xbox . You can have both for the same price as a PS and you end up with a machine that plays BluRay discs as well as a GREAT video game machine.brbrEDIT I see all the PS fanboys have come out of their basements. The PS is not and will not be on the same level of a gaming platform as the Xbox. brbrIf you are interested in BluRay, get a stand alone player. It uses less power than a PS, can work with universal remote controls PS cant and its cheaper. brbrThen if you decide later you want to get into gaming, get an Xbox. Its cheaper, critically better game selection and its online gameplay is vastly better than any other console. It also has HD movie and TV rentals, streaming Netflix and media center capabilities. brbrIf you do buy both, youve gotten a BluRay player that looks normal and works with your remote and a game console with a far better game selection than the rest. All for less money than a PS.
