Is this fair?
That when our phone accidentally rings in class, the teachers take it away and when their phone rings, they say that it was a mistake and they get to keep their phone? I dont think it is.

Yep, totally fair, You are there to hopefully learn something, and the teacher knows that if you have the phone, which in my opinion any one in school should not have one anyway, that it will distract you because you will always be checking your phone, texting, etc. Where the teacher is mature enough to know that the phone is a distraction and not to use it during classtime.
